When nearly all people think about belly fat losing exercises, the first thing that comes to mind is a gym or lots of expensive exercise equipment. But think about this: in our caveman days, we sure didn’t have gyms or equipment liike that – and we weren’t fat, either.

So how exactly did our ancestors manage to stay in such great physical shape?

Well, for one thing, they didn’t have high fat and high calorie diets, but neither did they require exercise equipment and routines in order to stay in really good shape like this. The reason is that they used their own bodies as their exercise tools.

They had to travel long distances by running, had to throw spears and handmade weapons which needed exceptional muscle strength so they could kill animals and prey, and climbed trees to reach fruits and nuts they couldn’t have gotten to otherwise.

Of course now, all we have to do is head down to the local grocery store to get food. But we can still use our bodies as simple exercise machines. Stomach fat losing workouts don’t need to be complicated.

The only workouts you need to do to lose belly fat using your own body are running and resistance training (for muscle strength).

Running, for example, requires only a good pair of shoes – and can even be done barefoot on the right kind of terrain. Pushups, situps, chinups, and stretches can all be done without any exercise equipment at all.

These exercises are extremely effective because you are using your own body weight as your exercise machine.

To summarize, you need to run and do situps, pushups, and stretches when you want to lose belly fat without using exercise equipment. Your own body acts as your resistance and your equipment.

Exercise is not about having the best technology; it’s about discipline. If you do the right types of exercise on a consistent basis and eat a healthy and high fiber, high energy diet, you can lose fat and stay at a healthy weight as long as you don’t take in more calories than you need.
